This piece focused on both my love for mandalas and playing with contrasting color. I’ve always been intrigued by how colors play off one another, either coming forward or receding into the background. I used color in this piece to create a gradient effect between the mandalas, as if they were poured from the top of the page, cascading down towards the bottom.
